Cancellation Policy

Coaching Session Booking & Cancellation Policy • All badminton and pickleball coaching sessions must be booked in advance through Fortius Sports Academy. • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. • Players unable to attend a scheduled session must notify Fortius by emailing fortius@fsaatl.com at least one (1) hour before the start of the class. • Cancellations made with proper notice will be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. • Cancellations received less than one (1) hour before class or failure to attend (no-show) will not be refunded or rescheduled. • Refunds, when applicable, may take 10–15 business days to process. • Fortius reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to facility needs, coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or alternate session.
